Job summary

PuroClean is seeking technicians to perform restoration work on residential and commercial sites. You will follow production guidelines, assist teams, and ensure customer needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

The role involves disaster response, water extraction, mold remediation, and related tasks, with on-call rotation and a focus on world-class service to clients during times of need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Restoration experience preferred but not required.
• IICRC certifications, including WRT and/or ASD, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, demolition, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment.
• Perform moisture mapping and document job progress.
• Remove affected drywall, carpet, flooring, insulation, and other materials as needed.
• Assist with pack-outs and handling customer belongings.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and shop areas.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
