PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, seeks project technicians to perform services on residential and commercial sites following PuroClean production guidelines. Our team supports customers with kindness and collaborates to meet every need.

Technicians help with equipment, vehicle maintenance, and asset care while upholding safety standards. We emphasize a One Team mentality and serve communities with world-class service in times of need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required.
• Restoration experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, and water extraction.
• Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment.
• Document job progress with moisture mapping.
• Remove affected drywall, carpet, flooring, and insulation.
• Assist with pack-outs and handling customer belongings.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and shop areas.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.

Job Position Description

With a 'One Team' mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, demolition, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
• Perform moisture mapping and document job progress
• Remove affected drywall, carpet, flooring, insulation, and other materials as needed
• Assist with pack-outs and handling customer belongings
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and shop areas
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation
• Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to complete projects efficiently

  Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
  Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
  Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  Restoration experience preferred, but not required
  IICRC certifications, including WRT and/or ASD, preferred but not required
