This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Littleton, CO. The Estimator will inspect residential and commercial properties affected by events such as water, fire, mold, storm, or impact damage, documenting conditions through measurements, photos, and detailed notes. This role will prepare accurate and timely restoration estimates using industry-standard software, interpret scopes of work, and update estimates as project conditions change. The Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to validate costs and schedules, and will communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and insurance representatives to explain findings and resolve questions. Daily responsibilities also include tracking job progress, supporting change orders, maintaining organized project files, and ensuring estimates align with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable building codes.
