gpac seeks a Reconstruction Project Manager to helm restoration projects for both residential and commercial losses. You will coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate effectively with clients and adjusters to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid restoration reconstruction knowledge.
• Experience with Xactimate preferred but not required.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors/vendors on projects.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer communication and service skills.
• Knowledge of the property/insurance industry.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
