Job summary

gpac is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead both residential and commercial loss restoration projects, coordinating crews, timelines, and client communications to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of restoration PM experience, proven ability with water and fire losses, and proficiency in Xactimate; clean driving record and background are required, with IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/FSRT) preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration project management experience.
• Experience in water and fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.

• Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
