Job summary

gpac in Chicago is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration project management, experience with water and fire losses, and proficiency with Xactimate; IICRC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years restoration project management experience.
• Experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and quality control for losses.
• Interface with insurers on claims and communication with clients.
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety and standards.
