SERVPRO Team JRF is seeking a Restoration / Mitigation Project Manager to own a portfolio of Massachusetts jobs from site to close. You will manage field crews, coordinate with insurance adjusters and owners, and ensure scopes and changes are negotiated accurately.

The role offers base salary plus performance bonus and requires deep restoration industry knowledge. Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with a base and bonus structure reflecting project-cycle performance, close rates,

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of hands-on restoration project management.
• Skilled in writing and managing Xactimate or Symbility estimates.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 (WRT) and S520 (AMRT) standards.
• Experience managing insurance adjuster and TPA relationships.
• Ability to lead field crews and manage project budgets.

Aufgaben

• Lead water damage, fire/smoke, and mold remediation projects from start to close.
• Serve as primary contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.
• Write, submit, and negotiate Xactimate and Symbility scopes, supplements, and change orders.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise field crews and subcontractors across Massachusetts sites.
• Maintain complete, real-time job documentation and ensure standards compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response.
