Job summary

Target Solutions- A Cotton Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support restoration and reconstruction projects nationwide. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, documentation, and field operations with PMs, field teams, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.

This role offers significant travel and growth within a dynamic disaster recovery environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restoration or construction coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, mitigation, or project coordination.
• Experience reading scopes of work, estimates, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in managing restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate mitigation, reconstruction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Track project schedules, budgets, job costs, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation: reports, contracts, photos, and files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, consultants, and internal teams.
• Assist with estimating, scope development, and insurance-related documentation.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project closeout requirements.
• Support emergency response and disaster-related projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
