Job summary

Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Construction-oriented professional in Atlanta to oversee heavy restoration projects and related construction activities.

You will coordinate daily with operations to keep projects on track, manage budgets for profitability, and ensure safety programs are followed across field teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 10/30 is a plus, and the ability to travel and work on-call to support disaster and development projects

Qualifications

• Heavy restoration project knowledge REQUIRED.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Good driving record with 3 years verifiable driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on project to ensure projects are running smoothly.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities.
• Set budget on project to ensure profitability.
• Develop a Site Safety Plan for field use by Supervisors and labor.
• Maintain the highest integrity to ensure the Cotton image.
• Conflict resolution with customers.
• Understand workflow procedures and systems.
