Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and construction projects across the region. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality standards while liaising with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, 4+ years in construction management, familiarity with OSHA, and proficiency with Xactimate and CRM tools. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in construction management with budgets/schedules.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Experience with Xactimate and CRM/project management software.
• Knowledge of water, fire, and mold trades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale restoration and construction projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, budgets and schedules; implement adjustments.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and oversee planning.
• Review contracts, scopes and procurement; assess project risks.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
