Job summary

360 Fire & Flood, a leading national disaster restoration company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Morgantown. The PM will oversee restoration and construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

You will liaise with clients, insurers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction management, strong budget and schedule control, OSHA familiarity, and proficiency with Xactimate and CRM/PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• IIRC certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred).
• Experience with CRM/project management software.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution.
• Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
