Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience is needed.
• At least 3 years of industry experience is required.
• IICRC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Review job site documentation for proper client requirements and billing.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and materials.
• Maintain written communication with customers and team members.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
