Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Assistant Project Manager in Stoneham, MA. The role supports the Restoration department by coordinating project activities, maintaining communications with clients and insurance adjusters, and helping manage budgets to ensure profitability.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with restoration knowledge and OSHA/IICRC credentials preferred. The candidate must be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily to ensure projects run smoothly
• Keep clients and insurance adjusters informed on project activities and adhere to policies
• Maintain project budgets and ensure profitability
• Assist in developing a Site Safety Plan with Field Supervisor and labor
• Provide feedback to Operations and Project Managers on individual jobs
• Coordinate daily activities on restoration projects and manage client expectations
