We seek a Project Coordinator to assist with directing and coordinating restoration projects, handling administration, and maintaining customer contact with daily PM updates. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, restoration project knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Restoration project knowledge REQUIRED.
• IICRC Certified PREFERRED.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on a project to ensure projects are running smoothly.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities. Adhere to all company protocol, project and safety policies, accounting procedures, etc.
• Ensure that service quality meets the company’s highest standard.
• Maintain a project budget to ensure profitability.
• Perform work within a given budget or communicate job from beginning to end.
• Assist in developing a Site Safety Plan for Field Supervisor and labor.
