Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation, and abatement.
• Leadership & Communication: Build relationships, lead teams, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-Solving & Organization: Excellent decision-making, conflict resolution, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Driving Record: Must meet company driving requirements, including age, experience, and a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Cultivate relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to generate commercial restoration opportunities.
• Project Execution: Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and contracts; ensure project initiation and completion.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to drive growth.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain high service quality and adherence to company standards.
• Process Management: Ensure compliance with company protocols and financial reporting.
• Financial Responsibility: Manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to preserve profitability.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters and secure new work.
