Job summary

EverGreene Architectural Arts in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and conservation projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while upholding EverGreene's standards of craftsmanship.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years construction experience with at least 3 in a lead PM role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Historic Preservation, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled in subcontractor negotiation, cost control, and construction logistics.
• Familiar with union job sites; SST/OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel to manage multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects from post-contract handoff to punch list.
• Oversee day-to-day activities while tracking profitability, schedule.
• Coordinate scopes, align priorities among stakeholders.
• Develop phasing and sequencing plans reflecting site logistics.
• Identify scope gaps and long-lead concerns early.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Forepersons to define work scopes.
• Troubleshoot field issues balancing quality, budget, and schedule.
• Lead client, GC, architect, and consultant meetings.
