Job summary

EverGreene Architectural Arts, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support restoration and conservation projects nationwide.

This development‑oriented role offers exposure to our unique blend of craftsmanship and construction management, with growth toward a Project Manager position through coordination of schedules, budgets, submittals, field logistics, and documentation. The APM collaborates with PMs and field teams on smaller and larger projects, travels as needed, and works in a

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, architecture, engineering, historic preservation or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Willingness to travel across multiple regions as needed.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control.
• Coordinate materials, site access, and scheduling with field teams and subs.
• Track budgets and assist with cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Lead planning and execution of smaller projects as directed.
• Communicate with clients, GCs, and field staff.
• Identify and escalate project risks to the team.
