Join EverGreene Architectural Arts

EverGreene Architectural Arts is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of restoration and conservation projects across the country. This role is ideal for an emerging construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow their management skills while contributing to meaningful, high-profile work.

For nearly 50 years, EverGreene has been a national leader in architectural restoration, conservation, and design - trusted to work on many of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in the United States. As a 100% employee-owned company, we don’t just offer jobs - we offer the opportunity to build a meaningful career while preserving America’s architectural legacy and contributing to work that endures.

As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will support Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, budgets, submittals, field logistics, and documentation across all phases of work. On larger projects, you will serve as an essential project administrator; on smaller projects, you may take ownership of key tasks under a PM’s guidance. This is a development-oriented role that offers exposure to EverGreene’s unique blend of craftsmanship and construction management, while building the skills necessary for future promotion to Project Manager.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist in field coordination.
  • Lead planning and execution of smaller‑scale or short‑duration projects.
  • Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and field staff.
  • Identify project risks and elevate issues to the project team when needed.

As part of that progression, APMs may take the lead on smaller or short‑duration projects under the supervision of a PM or Senior PM. This hands‑on experience, combined with mentorship and increasing responsibilities, supports steady growth toward full project management roles.
