Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Restoration Construction Superintendent to lead residential projects, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality. The role requires strong communication, organization, and on-site leadership.

Applicants should have construction experience, Xactimate familiarity or willingness to obtain Level 1 certification, and a valid US work authorization. Compensation includes a salary range with benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but training available.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
• Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage client expectations according to project schedule.
• Oversee all subcontractors and vendors on the project.
• Ensure safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policy.
• Verify quality of finished work exceeds standards and homeowner expectations.
• Communicate with project team and homeowners by phone and email daily.
