Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is seeking a high-performing Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, storm, and other insured losses. This role combines construction knowledge with technology, project planning, customer communication, and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration project management experience.
• Experience managing water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and insurance-related project documentation.
• Experience working with insurance adjusters and carriers.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.
• Excellent customer communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
