BluSky Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration operations, including field management, equipment procurement, and on-site supervision, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating temporary labor, managing subcontractors, reviewing paperwork, and maintaining safety standards.

Travel across the nation may be required; strong client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• IICRC water and smoke restoration certifications.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong communication with clients throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to Restoration Technician Team and coordinate field operations.
• Recruit temporary labor and manage staffing with the Project Coordinator.
• Oversee large losses and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Review paperwork and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Meet billing, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Coordinate project schedules and daily updates with occupants.
