BluSky is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration projects, manage field and office operations, and coordinate with occupants and property owners. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality workmanship on both residential and commercial losses.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration and project management, IICRC certifications, and ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel in response to losses across the nation.

Responsibilities

• Direct field management of restoration projects and oversee safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage office/shop operations: paperwork, subcontractor agreements, invoices, and project timelines.
• Drive profitability by meeting billing, revenue, and margin goals and coordinating with temporary labor.
