Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead emergency response and on-site restoration efforts. You will manage crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The role offers a starting pay up to $35 per hour, depending on experience, plus a robust benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO. Previous experience and certifications are a plus as BluSky will provide training.

Qualifications

• 1 year restoration industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Plan daily site activities and ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Maintain safety and highest workmanship standards on site.
• Mentor restoration technicians and labor to improve performance.
