Job summary

SERVPRO of Kosciusko and Noble Counties is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management role leads the team to operational excellence and delivers high-quality, customer-focused service.

The position requires supervising crews, coordinating resources, and managing project scope and expenses while maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and insurers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
