Job summary
LVI Associates in New York is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead restoration and alteration projects from planning through construction, while managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation experience and is proficient with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus. NYC familiarity is essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restoration projects or related fields.
- Familiarity with NYC regulations, DOB filings, LPC approvals, and existing buildings work.
- Experience preparing construction documents, reports, and coordinating through construction.
- Strong construction administration and field inspection experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead restoration and alteration projects from initial planning through construction.
- Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with site supervision and review construction reports and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with NYC codes and building envelope considerations.
