SERVPRO Team JRF is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, driving frontline operational excellence in Salem, MA.

This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, accurate scope and estimates, scheduling, safety, and collaboration with insurance representatives. Local travel may be required, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills required.
• Intermediate math and computer skills needed.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets.
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates.

This position is located in Salem Massachusetts.

• $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 **Combined Base Salary and Commission**

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary


• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
