Job summary

SERVPRO Team JRF is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects in Salem, MA. This frontline leadership role guides crews to operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires effective communication, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally. IICRC certifications are preferred, with a strong emphasis on estimating, scope definition, and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred, Xactimate experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources for active projects.
• Review site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates.

This position is located in Salem Massachusetts.

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates

Position Requirements
