Job summary

SERVPRO of North Bethesda is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline management role focuses on achieving operational excellence and delivering top-notch service in residential and commercial properties.

The position offers strong growth potential, with annual compensation up to $80,000 and a clear path for advancement through performance reviews and additional certifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience is required.
• 3+ years of restoration industry experience preferred.
• IICRC certification preferred when available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work using estimating software.
• Negotiate with customers for approval of restoration activities.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews, assets, and subcontractors on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including labor and equipment.
• Oversee customer experience and overall satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers when needed.
• Recruit, hire, and train restoration teammates.

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Career Path: After 30 days of employment WRT, AFTER 90 Days FRST, 90 days after FRST Completion HST Certification; After 1 year of employment ASD Certification

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work utilizing industry-specific estimating software.
• Negotiate with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activities
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews, assests, and subcontractors to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including labor, equipment, vehicles, and other assets
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction
• Provide priority response to potential customers, as needed.
• Actively engage in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
