ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning seeks an experienced restoration project manager to oversee water, fire, and mold remediation from start to finish, leading teams and coordinating with clients and insurance adjusters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within restoration or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Xactimate/MICA, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.

• Proficiency with Xactimate and MICA software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess job loss and determine required remediation.
• Communicate and update clients and insurance adjusters and obtain approvals on scope.
• Daily update of documentation on current jobs into database.
• Provide restoration job scope direction to technicians.
• Ensure quality control and troubleshoot jobs.
• Assist with ongoing staff training.
• Background check required along with a current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• On-call rotation required candidate must be flexible.

The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration industry or a related field. The position requires strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills to build client trust and repeat business.
