Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead home and commercial rebuilding projects from the field. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, and teams of tradespeople, ensuring high‑quality results for clients after fire or flood damage.

The role emphasizes hands‑on construction oversight, strong communication with homeowners and insurers, and a commitment to delivering Best in Class restoration services nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating multi‑discipline projects.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and clients.
  • Construction project management experience welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Meet operational objectives: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
  • Track metrics during bi‑weekly GS&R meetings.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of each project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations on site.
  • Participate in local community events and outreach.
  • Build relationships with key customers—direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople.

RPM's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
