SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, driving operational excellence on site. This front-line role leads a team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes coordinating scopes, estimates, vendor and subcontractor involvement, and adherence to client requirements and billing processes. Strong leadership and industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates with hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule and oversee crews and resources on active projects, including subcontractors.
• Review site documentation to support services and ensure client requirements and billing.
• Manage customer experience and satisfaction, tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training restoration teammates.

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process

  Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

  Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
