Job summary

Servpro of Waco is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead active restoration projects and crews, owning customer experience, work quality, and profitability. The role sits between crews and operations leadership with authority over scoping, scheduling, and delivery.

We offer growth opportunities across a growing multi-county footprint in Texas, with emphasis on safety, training, and leadership development. This is a full-time on-site role with expectations for evenings and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience, including 1+ year managing or supervising people.
• Cleaning, restoration, or construction experience preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred - IICRC and estimating.
• Judgment to make a call on-site without phoning someone first, and the sense to know when to phone someone first.
• Genuine people skills - half this job is a customer having a bad week, half is a crew that needs to know where they stand.
• Solid written and verbal communication; adjusters read what you write.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work beyond a standard day when a loss demands it, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new losses, evaluate customer needs, and convert leads into properly scoped work.
• Develop scope of work and review estimates to ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate scope and pricing with customers, adjusters, and program administrators.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Oversee crew and subcontractor quality; step in as Supervisor when needed.
• Manage job costs—labor, consumables, equipment—and monitor profitability.
• Keep job files documentation accurate and complete.
• Coach, train, and review restoration staff; help recruit the next team.
• Enforce safe work practices without exception.

About the Role
This is a front-line leadership role. You run active restoration projects and the crews performing them, and own the outcome — customer experience, work quality, and job profitability.

Servpro operates across two markets with roughly a hundred people between them and more coming. We're growing, and building the management layer to grow well, not just fast.

You'd sit between the crews and operations leadership, with real authority over how work gets scoped, scheduled, and delivered.

What You Would Do
