Job summary

SERVPRO of Ventura is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of restoration projects and crews. You will lead the team to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage scopes, and coordinate resources from start to finish.

The role emphasizes client communication, accurate estimates, and adherence to service standards, with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred; IICRC cert required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews to ensure quality, scope accuracy, and timely estimates.
• Develop project scopes, prepare estimates, and secure client approvals.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, including subcontractors, to service active projects.
• Review site documentation, ensure client requirements and billing are accurate.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, vendors, and insurance reps.
• Monitor production expenses related to equipment, vehicles, and materials.
