As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Project Crew Chief demonstrates the company's Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This involves coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control
• Manage customer and client experience to ensure overall satisfaction
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects
• Communicate project progress and issues with the project manager and office staff

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA and SERVPRO safety guidelines
• Manage assets by properly protecting and using equipment and materials
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive push/pull/lift/carry tasks
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law
