Allklean Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator to help manage daily operations of the mitigation department in Post Falls. You will schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with customers, and maintain project documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in restoration is preferred but not required; insurance restoration familiarity is a plus.

• Collaborate with field supervisors, estimating, reconstruction, accounting, and leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scheduling processes to maximize crew productivity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Restoration Project Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our mitigation department. This position coordinates production schedules, customer communication, subcontractors, project progress, and documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates challenges, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Develop and manage daily schedules for multiple restoration crews, adjusting priorities as emergencies arise.
• Project Coordination: Monitor active projects, identify delays, and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges.
• Customer Communication: Provide timely updates, coordinate appointments, address concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule specialty contractors and coordinate timely completion of work.
• Documentation Management: Coordinate project documentation, insurance carrier submissions, and billing preparation.
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with field supervisors, estimating, reconstruction, accounting, and leadership teams.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, improve scheduling processes, and maximize crew productivity.
• Accountability: Maintain accurate project information, track outstanding tasks, and ensure commitments are completed.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Experience in restoration, construction, project coordination, scheduling, or operations.
• Familiarity with insurance restoration processes.
• Experience with DASH, Microsoft Teams, Trello, or similar software.

Restoration experience is preferred but not required. We value initiative, organizational skills, and follow-through.

Compensation
