SERVPRO of Central Delaware County is seeking a Mitigation Job File Coordinator to act as a liaison with customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. The role emphasizes service excellence, organization, and strong communication to uphold the company’s restoration standards.

The position requires accurate documentation, teamwork with Project Managers, and collaboration across departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of common computer applications.
• Xactimate and estimating experience is a plus.

The Mitigation Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
• Xactimate and estimating experience is a plus!

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
