Qualifications

• 1+ year of restoration experience required.
• Experience in construction or maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load equipment for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Follow production guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.

Position Requirements

• Basic construction knowledge
• Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred)
• IICRC certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Ability to work with cleaning products
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare rooms and areas for work, set up staging and equipment
• Leave job sites clean and orderly
• Follow SERVPRO production guidelines and Crew Chief instructions
• Perform cleanup and breakdown at the end of each job
