CRDN of Michigan and Northwest Ohio is seeking a Content Restoration Field Technician to support the restoration process after disasters. The role involves packing, moving, inventorying, cleaning, and restoring personal property at residential and commercial sites while upholding high standards of care and professionalism.

You will respond to emergency damage situations, perform on-site restoration, maintain safety, document hours and materials, and communicate with clients and teammates.

Qualificações

• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working in varied conditions (dusty, wet, smoky).
• 1+ years of experience as a mover or in restoration/logistics is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles to job sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization; ability to multitask and communicate professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency damage situations (water, fire, mold, etc.) in homes or businesses.
• Pack out, label, and transport customer contents with care and accuracy.
• Perform detailed inventories of property using digital or paper-based systems.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers; keep records of work, hours, and materials used.
