United Water Restoration Long Island is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead restoration projects from lead to invoicing. You will respond to urgent damage calls, craft client-centered solutions, and drive 5-star outcomes for homeowners, businesses, and property managers.

In a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture, you will own project scope, coordinate contents, asbestos abatement, rebuilds, and defend invoices with insurers while collaborating with a capable team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, stakeholders, team members, and partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with urgency under tight deadlines.
• Availability to respond to urgent situations outside standard business hours (on-call rotation required).
• Incredible selling ability reflected in a strong closing ratio.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims handling, and industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 24/7.
• Safety-first mindset; OSHA certification preferred.
• IICRC WRT & FSRT Certifications, or willingness to get.
• NYS DOL Mold Supervisor License, or willingness to get.
• Tech-savvy with email, mobile apps, computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Xactimate software experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own all stages of a project from lead conversion through final invoicing.
• Respond to urgent property damage calls, ensuring 24/7 availability for clients.
• Provide solutions based on client needs and long-term goals.
• Maintain detailed, real-time documentation of project scope, progress, and client interactions.
• Manage scope across contents, asbestos abatement, rebuilds, etc.
• Prepare, justify, and defend invoices with insurance carriers while advocating for clients and stakeholders.
