Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Kansas City is seeking a Restoration and Plumbing Sales Representative to drive referrals and develop relationships with decision-makers. You will initiate meetings, cultivate referral sources, and maintain loyalty with current customers and partners.

In this role, you will identify prospects, manage sales routes, and deliver presentations while reporting activity weekly. Strong relationship skills and proactive outreach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field; 4–6 years relationship selling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong math skills and ability to translate prospect business into revenue potential.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Create and maintain sales route records.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.
• Maintain customer contact database.
• Make group presentations to prospect organizations.
• Participate in networking activities and events.
