Job summary

LRT Restoration Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers. The role develops staff, oversees the operations budget, and drives processes to meet revenue and gross profit goals.

The OM will hire and supervise SPMs, PMs, and PEs, improve systems, and set strategic objectives to enhance safety, schedule, and quality while ensuring adherence to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 1+-15+ years of project management experience in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement staff development plans.
• Responsible for creation and managing the operations budget, forecasts to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
• Hiring and supervision SPM, PM, and PE staff.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives to improve schedule, safety, quality, and production.
• Responsible for monitoring and acting upon key performance indicators.
• Quality control pertaining to project documentation.
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
• Manage data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per units, and eliminate errors.
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant.
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans.
