Qualifications

• 4+ years of management and/or supervisory experience in restoration or construction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities within restoration projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restoration industry software.
• Experience with Xactimate & Xactanalysis preferred.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinators.
• Manage job files, scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Coordinate and support project managers and production crews.
• Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive office culture and collaboration.
