Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician for the Spanish Fort, AL area. The role involves assisting the project manager on restoration projects, performing mitigation duties such as water extraction and demolition, and maintaining a safe, clean jobsite.

We offer a starting pay of $18-$25 per hour, quarterly bonus opportunities, comprehensive insurance, a fully vested 401K with employer match, and opportunities to earn restoration certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client/colleague relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite.
• Prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Assist with pre- and post-construction cleanup.
