Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services in Anna, TX is seeking a Restoration Lead Technician to join our growing team. You will work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team to restore properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or asbestos.

You will remove and demolish unsalvageable materials, extract standing water, and operate power tools while ensuring safety and quality on every job site. This role rewards hands-on problem solving, clear communication with foreman and supervisors, and opportunities

Qualifications

Must pass background check.
Must have Valid Drivers' License.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting.

Responsibilities

Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
Extract standing water if needed.
Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris.
Assisting Project Foreman with job site production.
Maintaining job site safety.
Execute job action plan for restoration production.
Contents manipulation.
Working in confined spaces including heights.
Utilization of power tools.
Assist with warehouse duties.
Identify and place drying equipment.
Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors.
