DRYmedic North Bay/East Bay is hiring a Mitigation Demo Technician to respond to water, fire, and mold events. You’ll work on the front line with lead technicians, extracting water, removing damaged materials, and setting up equipment while keeping sites clean and safe.

No restoration experience is required—we will train the right person. This role is physical, fast-paced, and offers a clear path for growth into senior technician positions.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, on-time, and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term career.
• No restoration experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials.
• Assist the lead technician with job site production.
• Set up, move, clean, and store equipment and tools.
• Clean up job sites and remove debris.
• Maintain job site safety at all times.
• Use power tools and assist with warehouse duties.
