Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services in the United States is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you'll work with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by water, fire, mold, or other causes, and lead on-site restoration efforts.

You'll remove non-salvageable materials, extract standing water, operate power tools, and ensure safety and quality on every job while coordinating with foremen and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Paid training available at no cost
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation to Main Office
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Work in team environment
• On-call rotation with paid OT

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored at job sites
• Extract standing water when needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas, including debris
• Assist Project Foreman with job site production
• Maintain job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Manipulate contents
• Work in confined spaces and at heights
• Use power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties
• Utilize truck-mounted extractor efficiently
• Identify and place drying equipment
• Communicate workflow and scope with Foreman and Supervisors

Are you a hands-on problem-solver looking for an exciting career opportunity? We're seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You'll also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast paced, ever-changing environments. You'll also need to be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions to ensure that projects are completed.

• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors

Qualifications

• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations

• On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/after-hours work)
