Job summary

BMS CAT in Gibsonia, PA is seeking a Restoration Lead Technician to perform water damage mitigation and restoration across residential projects.

You will lead a crew, coordinate water extraction, drywall cleanup, debris removal, and monitor drying equipment while following safety guidelines and company procedures. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and on-call rotation participation are required.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in water mitigation.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality water mitigation services.
• Water extraction.
• Perform demolition tasks.
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques.
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment.
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown.
• Effectively lead a work crew.
