Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an Operations Restoration Lead Technician for our Elk River, MN location. The role involves performing high quality water mitigation, water extraction, demolition, and debris removal with strict adherence to drying techniques.

You will set up and monitor drying equipment, and lead a crew on-site to ensure safe, efficient restorations. The position requires on-call rotation participation, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, ladder/climb access, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in water mitigation.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics).
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history.

Compensation

Compensation will vary based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Base Pay Maximum: $26

Base Pay Minimum: $22
