We’re a family-owned, high-performance restoration company with a strong focus oncustomer service, teamwork, accountability, and doing the job right.
This is aLead Technician position. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs, lead technicians, communicate confidently with customers, solve problems in the field, and jump in alongside the team when needed.

Restoration industry experience required.
Previous supervisor, crew chief, or lead technician experience preferred.
Strong water mitigation and structural drying knowledge.
Fire/smoke and mold remediation experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in the field.
Willing to lead from the front and work alongside the team.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
IICRC WRT preferred.ASD, AMRT, FSRT, and additional IICRC certifications are a plus.
