Job summary

SERVPRO of Sumner County is seeking a Fire Restoration Technician/Lead to join our team in Hendersonville, TN. You will oversee on-site restoration activities, set up staging areas, and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.

The role requires staying physically active, lifting heavy loads, climbing ladders, and adhering to safety standards. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
